Magento Donate to Charity Module

This module provides an easy way to donate to charity while you shop online. It adds a new product type called 'Donation' which allows you to post a product on your site that allows the user to enter the amount they'd like to donate. Additionally, it works as part of the checkout process. At checkout, the shopper will see a box they can tick asking if they would like to round-up their purchase and donate the difference to your default charity.

All the shopper then has to do is tick the box to round up the cost automatically. Depending on the configuration options enabled in the Magento administration system, the customer is able to enter a specific amount to donate or have their basket rounded up and the difference donated. The customer’s donation is processed along with their shopping cart as a single payment.

Installation
1. To install, add a new donation product (this is the same as any product except you choose 'Donation' as the product type).
2. When the product is added go to 'Catalog' > 'Manage Products'. Your new Donation product should be first in the list (make note of the Product ID).
3. Next click 'System' > 'Configuration'.
4. Scroll down, on the left side navigation in the 'Sales' group click 'Sales'.
5. Under 'Donation Product Settings', enter the Product ID of your default Donation product.
6. Next you need to refresh your cache by selecting 'System' > 'Cache Management'.
7. 'Select All' and 'Refresh' all cache.
