Duplicate profiles error

If you are receiving this error: Duplicate match on payment information You can log into your beanstream account and correct this. You will navigate to Configuration > Payment Profile Configuration 

Scroll down to credit card settings and uncheck the required card validation and do not allow profile to be created with card data duplicated from an existing profile.

If you do not see Payment Profile Configuration under the configuration dropdown then payment profiles is not enabled on your account and you need to beanstream enable this.
