I can't retrieve any quotes after enabling canpar, or I only see my failover rate

If you fail to see any live quotes being retrieved, please try the following:
1. Ensure that the account details you entered are correct.
  • API keys and/or URLs
  • Account name and/or ID
  • Passwords and passcodes
  • Authorization keys
2. Ensure that the account is active and enabled for that service. This applies to both your testing/development account, as well as your live/production account.
