Once your system has a new backup, ftp the files in the archive to the root magento folder.
The upload should not everwrite files.
Go into your magento admin
System | Cache Management.
Refresh all cache.
click System | configuration
Scroll down, on the left side navigation in the sales group click payment methods
Select Optimal Payments Firepay from the main page, enter your account details and pick the options you want to support.
