Frequently Asked Questions

I can't retrieve any quotes after enabling the module, or I only see my failover rate

If you fail to see any live quotes being retrieved, please try the following:
1. Ensure that the account details you entered are correct. Ensure there are not trailing or leading white spaces.

  • API keys and/or URLs
  • Account name and/or ID
  • Passwords and passcodes
  • Authorization keys
2. Contact Canada Post to ensure that the account is active and enabled for the services that are enabled in the configuration. This applies to both your testing/development account, as well as your live/production account.
